The health approval we have ( 41 FR 07001 CE) is a reflection of our interest to hygiene. This approval involves a strict monitoring of all food security facets :
• a sharp system of traceability of food since arriving until consumption .
• a master and regular monitoring of hygiene and cleanliness of premises, equipment , personnel and goods (via the principles of HACCP and Good Hygiene Practices).
